Hundreds of research studies have conclusively demonstrated that most people benefit from psychotherapy.

​More specifically, approximately 75% of those who participate in therapy show improvement. 


Psychotherapy helps individuals address a wide variety of personal difficulties. Below is a list of some common examples or reasons people seek out therapy. However, this is by far not an exhaustive list.
